Normalizing sex education and making it widespread is essential for helping young people feel confident and informed. It shouldn’t be a taboo topic; instead, it should be part of everyday conversations, giving kids the knowledge they need to make smart choices about their bodies and relationships.

I’ve noticed that when topics related to reproduction or sex education come up in biology class, many kids make fun of it or look visibly uncomfortable, often making faces as if it’s something disgusting. This reaction shows how important it is to address these subjects openly and normalize them. If kids are embarrassed or laugh about something as basic as reproduction, it shows a clear gap in understanding and acceptance.

The reality is that these conversations often feel weird or uncomfortable, which is why we need to normalize them. Talking about it should be as casual as any other conversation.
